Solo Battle Event Underway
Get your Darkness type decks ready for this exclusive Cresselia ex Drop Event. Battle your way through the Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert level decks for your chance to win Chance Rewards. This event is almost over, and ends on February 17th so you have until Monday night to try to pull all the promo cards before this event is over and those cards are gone!
When you first beat a deck, you earn yourself first time rewards:
- Beginner Cresselia deck: 2 pack hourglasses, 50 shinedust, 1 shop ticket
- Intermediate Cresselia & Drifblim deck: 4 pack hourglasses, 100 shinedust, 1 shop ticket
- Advanced Cresselia & Gardevoir deck: 6 pack hourglasses, 150 shinedust, 1 shop ticket
- Expert Cresselia & Mismagius deck: 8 pack hourglasses, 200 shinedust, 1 shop ticket
Every time you win, you have a chance also to win a promo pack (though it’s not guaranteed). In total there are five exclusive promo cards available through the chance promo packs that you could win as you beat the decks. If you get one, it’ll get sent to your Gifts.
You know the drill, along the way there will be special Battle Tasks you can beat, like:
- Win this battle using a deck where all the cards are ♢, ♢♢ and ♢♢♢ rarity
- Put 3 Basic Pokemon into play
- Make your opponent’s Pokemon Asleep
- Win this battle by turn 12 or 14 (depending on the deck level)
- Win this battle without your opponent getting any points
- Win 5, 10 and 20 or more battles (depending on the deck level)
We have a theory that if you don’t play when the event first launches then it becomes increasingly harder to pull the chase promo card. Ms. Pokefang played right away when the event launched on February 3rd and pulled her Cresselia ex promo card on the second promo pack she won. Whereas, Pokefang didn’t start battling until February 12th and he had to open 30 promo packs (at least!) before he pulled the Cresselia. Let’s hope you played early, but if you didn’t then don’t worry there’s still time!
