TCG Scarlet & Violet: Journey Together announced

Hey, Fang Gang. Boy, do I have electrifying news for you all! According to press.pokemon.com the latest set from Scarlet & Violet has officially been announced and it will be called Journey Together as speculated. here’s a look at the word mark and a list of key details regarding this new expansion.

Trainer’s Pokémon are back, Just like the old days with Gym heroes and Gym Challenge! That’s right, the special bond between legendary Trainers and their Pokémon will be showcased on these dazzling new cards. We’re talking about iconic duos like N’s Zoroark ex, Lillie’s Clefairy ex, Iono’s Bellibolt ex, and Hop’s Zacian ex—all featuring exclusive designs that bring the Trainer’s bond front and center.

Here’s the scoreboard of cards you can expect to hunt down in this latest set:

• Four Trainer’s Pokémon ex (yeah only 4, that the heck!?)
• 16 Pokémon ex
• 11 illustration rare Pokémon
• Six special illustration rare Pokémon (back to normal SIR counts)
• Three hyper rare gold-etched cards

Each of these new expansions will continue rolling out in Latin American Spanish, so there’s plenty more TCG excitement on the horizon.

Mark your calendars for March 28, 2025—that’s the big launch day for Scarlet & Violet—Journey Together at participating retailers worldwide, including the ultimate fan destination, Pokémon Center. If you’re feeling extra fancy, keep an eye out for special preorders like the Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box and the Enhanced Booster Display Box—both of which come with a sweet bonus illustration rare-style card featuring N’s Reshiram.

Early Access = Early Wins
You can dive into all the newness by attending a Prerelease tournament starting March 15. These events are part of the Play! Pokémon program and take place at select independent retailers.
