In honor of the 6 month-iversary of Pokémon TCG Pocket, players are getting a bunch of special missions and opportunities to collect special event goodies, “Free Party” themed accessories, a Promo Super Rare Rayquaza ex and a bunch of Pack Hourglasses, Wonder Hourglasses and Shinedust! You’ll have the whole month to try and complete all the missions to collect all the rewards, but if you’re like me then you can probably do it in a week. (I can stop any time I want)
The hardest mission to complete, in my opinion, is also the one you’re going to want to check off the list the most. You’re going to have to win 50 battles if you want to earn that Super Rare Rayquaza ex Promo. But if Versus battles aren’t your thing then you’re in luck – Drop Event battles count too! And what do you know? A special Rayquaza ex Drop Event is happening right now. I’m personally working through my 50 wins completely through the drop event which ends on May 13th. Although, you don’t have to be that aggressive, an Alolan Ninetales Drop event will be running the second half of the month.
It’s almost as if they knew that Celestial Guardians was a beheamoth of a set and tcame up with an excuse for users to earn and burn through pack hourglasses while trying to collect as many card arts as possible.
If you complete all the missions, you will have earned yourself this many goodies:
- 120 Pack Hourglasses
- 180 Wonder Hourglasses
- 5,000 Shinedust
- 250 Trade Tokens
