The Pokémon Company will contribute $500,000 to GlobalGiving’s California Wildfire Relief Fund, and Niantic will match this amount with donations to various nonprofit organizations

The relief fund has already distributed emergency grants to groups such as:

Victoria Vrana, CEO of GlobalGiving, emphasized that the funds will continue to support vetted local nonprofits assisting fire-impacted communities in the coming months.
Niantic and The Pokémon Company are also moving forward with Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – Los Angeles, scheduled for February 21-23 at Rose Bowl Stadium and Brookside Golf Course, with additional gameplay in Los Angeles and Orange County.
