This Merch Refund and Shipping Policy applies to all merchandise purchases made through https://gastlygazette.com and any related storefronts operated by PokeFang LLC.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

All merchandise is sold by PokeFang LLC and processed through WooCommerce with payments handled by third party processors including Stripe.

Orders are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary due to demand, production schedules, or external factors.


2. Shipping

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


3. All Sales Final Policy

All merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or style selection
  • Buyer preference
  • Delays in delivery

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

If approved, we may replace the item at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case by case basis.

Returns or exchanges may be processed serpeately by one of our print providers: Printful, Printify, or Fourthwall if or when they are granted.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.


6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


7. Fan Art and Branding Disclaimer

All merchandise features original fan art and branding created and owned by PokeFang LLC.

  • We do not claim ownership of any third party intellectual property
  • References to Pokémon or related franchises are used under fair use and fan expression principles
  • Merchandise is not official, licensed, or endorsed by any third party rights holders

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeFang LLC is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Indirect or incidental damages related to merchandise purchases
